About these terms
This website is run by Mann Patel, a sole proprietor in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Information on this site
The pages describe my services and past work in general terms. They aren’t professional, legal or financial advice for your situation. I keep them accurate and up to date as best I can, but services, availability and details can change without notice.
Enquiries and quotes
- Sending a brief, an email, a call or a message is a request for a conversation. It isn’t a contract or a booking.
- Any work is agreed in a written scope and quote that lists the deliverables, exclusions, price and timing. If that agreement says something different from this page, the agreement applies.
- I can decline a project, for example if it isn’t something I do well.
Project examples
The Work pages show real projects, each labelled with its status (live or in progress). Anything fictional, such as the sample enquiry on the home page, is marked “Sample”. Client names, logos and screenshots belong to their owners and are shown with permission.
Content ownership
Unless stated otherwise, the text, design, logo and photos on this site belong to Mann Patel. You may share links to any page. Please don’t copy the content or design for commercial use without written permission.
Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse the site: no spam or automated submissions through the form, no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, and no harmful code.
Links to other websites
Links to other sites (such as Nest & Rest Cleaning, client websites or social profiles) are for convenience. I’m not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, I’m not liable for any loss that comes from using it or relying on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law that can’t be waived.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
